Our wellbeing consultancy team at SuperWellness are experienced workplace wellbeing specialists with a focus on prevention.
We see the meaning of prevention as two-fold. Firstly at the level of the organisation, it implies taking a strategic approach considering the wide range of factors influencing wellbeing, including work practices and line-manager competiencies. Secondly, at the employee level, we consider the most effective long-term approach to preventing ill-health as focusing on the promotion of lifestyle-based awareness and education.
SuperWellness was founded in 2011, and since then, our workplace wellbeing consultancy team has worked with over 1000 organisations across multiple sectors, including Vitality, NHS England, Network Rail, OCS, Kier Group, Loughborough University, and many more, whilst developing a wide range of tried-and-tested interventions over the years.
As a result, we are able to provide you with an end-to-end wellbeing platform, offering all the building blocks needed at different stages of your journey. Indeed, you may have found that there is no one-size-fits-all solution for the workplace to be effective and deliver real impact across multiple layers.

Your organisation’s needs and objectives are unique, which is why we take a highly tailored approach. You have the flexibility to start small and build on the stage you are currently at. You can choose to work with us on an ad hoc basis but the best results come from partnering with us throughout the year on one of our comprehensive packages so you can choose the building blocks you need, when you need them. We really care about your success and our aim is to make the process as easy and flexible as possible for you.
For example, many of our clients choose to start building awareness through monthly content, or by planning in webinars from our 60+ topics.

Elliot will guide you to gain clarity on what to prioritise and make sure you have everything in place to get the best possible results over the next 12 months and more.

- Leadership and line-manager training to develop wellbeing awareness and skills.
- Comprehensive wellbeing champion support, including tailored training, consultancy to set up and develop your champion programme, and our SuperChamps programme of CPD-accredited monthly speaker sessions and champion toolkits.
- A wide range of wellbeing webinars. Presented by experts with backgrounds in psychology, nutrition, health and lifestyle, trained to deliver to workplace audiences in an engaging, practical, non-judgemental style, providing up to date, evidence-based, interactive content. Topics cover different areas of nutrition, exercise, stress and mental wellbeing, and topics such as men’s health, women’s health, menopause and eco-friendly eating.
- A choice of face-to-face activities, including body composition testing and lifestyle coaching, food demonstrations, interactive workshops tailored to your requirements and prioritising engagement.
- Our content packages including monthly posters, videos, recipes and articles focusing on a wide variety of health campaigns and seasonal themes.
