Founder

Angela founded SuperWellness in 2011, with a strong purpose to make knowledge about prevention of ill-health accessible much more widely.

Her focus is on ensuring our values run through everything we do, to keep expanding our understanding of the world of work and continually develop our services to best meet the needs of our clients.

Julie Weston

Julie Weston

Head of Wellbeing & Nutrition

Julie oversees our programme content and delivery, ensuring both are constantly kept up to date (and things change very fast!) and to the highest standard for our clients.

Julie is a registered Nutritional Therapist and qualified Health Coach with many years of experience in workplace wellbeing.

Head of Sales & Operations

Hailing from the hospitality industry where she worked in sales and client relations roles, Frida leads our wonderful client services team.

Her experience and warmth contribute to ensuring we provide a first-class service, bringing workplace wellbeing to a wide range of sectors, both office and field-based.

Lucille Bleekers

Wellbeing Programme Lead

Having led our SuperWellness challenge programme for several years, Lucille contributes extensive experience in motivating and engaging participants on our longer-term lifestyle programmes, as well as facilitating a number of our webinars and in person wellbeing activities.

Lucille is a Registered Nutritional Therapist.

Marianne Dahl

Client Services Consultant

Marianne brings years of experience building client relationships in IT consultancy to our client services team.

From understanding your objectives and work environment, to briefing our delivery team and ensuring that you get the best possible results from your wellbeing programme, Marianne will work closely with you to make your programme a success.

Rebecca Lai

Project Coordinator

Rebecca is one of the friendly faces you will meet right from the start of your journey with us, ensuring that your wellbeing initiative runs smoothly.

Rebecca also looks after many aspects of our SuperChamps programme, including our popular monthly guest speaker sessions.

 

Amanda Swann

Strategic Wellbeing Lead

Amanda has extensive senior level experience from across corporate businesses, including creating a health-driven culture at insurance firm Vitality Health.

Amanda contributes valuable strategic know-how into the ongoing development of the company and our services, as well as co-facilitating our senior leadership wellbeing training.

John Hobbs

John Hobbs

Director

From an engineering background in aviation, John is involved in many different aspects of the company, from client projects to technical improvements, to which he brings a procedures based, quality-centric approach.

 

 

Rose Constantine-Smith

Rose Constantine-Smith

Content Manager

Rose looks after the content for our monthly subscription as well as our SuperChamps toolkits, which leads her to research, write and present on a wide range of topics, from allergy awareness to self-care.

A Registered Nutritionist, Rose also brings her experience of creating content for the catering industry.
