Menopause Awareness at Work:
Our 2-hour interactive and insightful menopause training for managers, designed to improve awareness and understanding, and equip leaders with practical steps to better support employees and peers. All participants will receive CPD accreditation for this training.
Understanding and Embracing the Menopause:
Our one-hour menopause workshop introducing a 7-point practical plan to support your body and mind for a smoother transition into this phase of life.
6 Steps to Post-Menopause Health:
Our one-hour webinar discussing the significant hormonal changes and specific healthy risks in the years following the menopause, and introducing 6 steps to boost post-menopause health, including insights on hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
A comprehensive content pack with menopause support resources:
A content pack with a wealth of additional resources to help promote a menopause-positive environment within your organisation, including a selection of colourful infographic posters, toolbox talks to help guide conversations with empathy and compassion, helpful signposting, and delicious recipes to boost wellbeing.
