Tailored in-person experiences designed to promote overall wellbeing across your organisation.

Nothing quite matches the impact of connecting with people in person when it comes to employee wellbeing. Onsite wellbeing activities help to create a buzz and energise your team, and are particularly effective for:

  • Engaging hard-to-reach employees who are unlikely to log into an app or attend a webinar
  • Strengthening bonds within a hybrid working team
  • Ensuring staff benefit from a varied and stimulating range of wellbeing initiatives

If you are looking to further build engagement for your wellbeing programme and to make a meaningful impact on employee health, face-to-face initiatives provide a visible presence which makes it easier and more motivating for employees to participate than say, logging into a platform or sitting in front of a screen – which we might argue is sometimes part of the problem!

How
we work

Onsite Wellbeing Services

You can book our onsite wellbeing initiatives for a half-day or a full-day and we’ll work closely with you to tailor your activities to suit your needs and achieve the best possible engagement for you. So for example, if time is an issue, we can set up drop-in sessions which will take no more than 5-10 minutes for each participant. Or snappy 30-minute interactive sessions packed with practical tips and inspiration. Or experiential food demos that tickle participants’ senses and draw them into the message of prevention and healthy habits. Or if you’d like to mix things up, you could run talks alongside health testing to blend education with measurement and coaching.

Our expert facilitators are highly experienced in engaging participants, and building the trust and rapport needed to inspire and motivate healthy changes. We also provide a wealth of resources such as infographics, tips and recipes for you to print on the day or share electronically with your team.

Here are the key wellbeing activities you can choose from:
