SuperWellness to launch comprehensive wellbeing planning service at Employee Benefits Live

PRESS RELEASE

London, 3rd October 2016. Nutrition-centred Employee Wellbeing company SuperWellness is set to launch a new wellbeing planning service to help employers maximise their return on investment from workplace wellbeing programmes.

The service will be available as a no-obligation free planning consultation to those who request it during the exhibition. It will include a wellbeing audit to identify key areas for attention (for example, night shift work or high stress environments) and an optional employee survey to help outline the most effective strategies to engage participants.

These areas will serve to highlight the most relevant wellbeing themes from a comprehensive topics checklist. Finally highlighted themes will be scheduled throughout 2017, using the Wellbeing Calendar to identify the most appropriate national health campaigns or seasonal events.

In addition to its planning service, SuperWellness will also be introducing the option to independently evaluate its programme outcomes for employers who implement a programme such as the 3 Month Nutrition Challenge.

The company has partnered with Work & Well-Being Ltd who are specialists in measuring employee health. SuperWellness clients can opt to include an independent evaluation of the programme to measure the benefits and ROI for employees who take part.

For further information and to apply for a free planning consultation and full colour copy of the 2017 Wellbeing Calendar, please speak to the SuperWellness team on stand 127.
