This was a very engaging and rewarding session, I came away with a great deal of insight and knowledge that I didn’t have before attending the course. The course was well facilitated and well paced with a good mix of viewing material and interactive exercises. I am confident that I can now put together a wellbeing strategy for work that holds value for people.
