Introducing our workplace wellbeing programmes

Lucille Bleekers is an experienced workplace nutritionist with SuperWellness who, over the past 3 years, has specialised in our longer term workplace wellbeing programmes. In this short video, Lucille provides an overview of the workplace wellbeing programmes we currently offer.

SuperWellness have been providing longer term workplace wellbeing programmes for over 6 years now. We’ve worked with organisations across many industries, including construction, property, hospitality, travel, catering, accountancy and finance. Delivering long term workplace wellbeing programmes is not new to us but obviously we have had to adapt to current times and move all our workshops and programmes online. This has of course allowed us to be more flexible in what we offer.

We have found that our online workplace wellbeing programmes have been a great way for organisations to reach their employees that are working from home and based all over the UK and in some cases those all over the world. With many of us working from home currently and this set to become a more widely acceptable way of working post-Covid, it has become more important than ever that employers find ways of engaging their staff, and supporting and boosting physical and mental wellbeing.

Our workplace wellbeing programmes since Covid-19

We have seen since the Covid-19 pandemic began, how important our general health is. We have been encouraged to get out, exercise and eat well, and the huge impact this has on our physical and mental resilience and not least on the outcomes should you contract the virus.

At SuperWellness we take the one-off webinars and face-to-face workshops a few step further and we have created programmes with a view to helping participants improve their health and wellbeing for the long-term. These workplace wellbeing programmes both provide a fantastic and I think somewhat unique opportunity for organisations to really recognise the needs of their staff and invest both time and money in the mental health and physical wellbeing of the people who work for them.

Our Health Conditioning Challenge: this is a longer term programme which takes place over a number of months, where we educate, guide and coach employees to improve their overall health both physical and mental. I have personally seen some amazing results in organisations I have worked with where for example stress resilience levels increased by 13%, mood improved by 12% and sleep by 30%.

We then also more recently created our bitesize 6 week Metabolic Kickstart Programme designed to support your employees to make a fresh healthy start. We have all experienced ups and downs in our motivation to keep fit and eat healthily this past year – none of us have been immune to the effects this past year has had, working from home and simply keeping up with the many changes the pandemic has thrown at us. So now is the perfect time to start feeling re-energised, motivated and positive for the coming months.
