Monthly Live Development Sessions – whole workforce access

Every month your full workforce is invited to interactive sessions that inspire, challenge, and equip staff at all levels. Sessions follow a quarterly theme to create real momentum, including: 

1Shaping a positive culture: Starting the conversation so that everyone has input (and is therefore more likely to support) progress towards a culture that’s conducive to innovation, performance and wellbeing.

2Embedding culture for good: Building skills at every level of the organisation to strengthen resilience, self-care, psychological safety, and open communication.

3Inspiring and building awareness: Authentic voices from guest speakers sharing lived experience to bring each theme to life.

Platform Access for Deeper Impact – Superuser access

Alongside the live sessions, your organisation gains access to our powerful platform. With carefully selected pass-holders, you can ensure the right people access the right tools. Pass-holders may include members of your wellbeing team, leadership and management team, wellbeing champions and mental health first aiders.

The more platform access passes you assign, the deeper the insights and organisational impact.

Real-time insights for leaders

The conversation logging tool within the Catalyst Platform enables all of your superusers, whether they are line managers, wellbeing champions, Mental Health First Aiders or simply part of your wellbeing team, to record the wellbeing interactions they have.
It provides a built-in insights dashboard for leaders to access meaningful wellbeing engagement metrics and trends throughout the organisation. It acts as an important risk mitigation tool by instantly flagging safeguarding and other key issues.
