Wellbeing Insiders Platform
Fuelling the success of wellbeing teams and their peer networks
Wellbeing champions and Mental Health First Aiders play an important role in the success of your wellbeing strategy. Implemented well, these peer networks help overcome barriers, build trust, and feed back invaluable insights to your wellbeing team. However, once trained and in place, the structure needed for long-term success is often lacking.
This can place huge pressure on you as a wellbeing lead or team tackling the complex challenge of supporting, engaging and developing your network over time. It can lead to disappointing results, not to mention risks for the organisation responsible for overseeing and protecting these volunteers and the employees they interact with.
With this in mind, we launched our wellbeing champion and MHFA platform in 2021 under the name ‘SuperChamps’. It has since grown and developed into a comprehensive solution for successful wellbeing team, champions and mental health first aiders.

A tried-and-tested platform to support your unique needs
Whether you’re looking to start small – for example supporting you as a wellbeing lead – or an extensive network of wellbeing champions and mental health first aiders, you can benefit from our comprehensive suite of tools, learning and resources.
From onboarding to regular reviews, we’ll work closely with you to set your wellbeing insiders up for success, drawing on insightful engagement and activity data.

Monthly toolkits
High quality done-for-you materials to make life easier
No more Googling for wellbeing resources for a campaign or having to write materials in your spare time! Wellbeing Insiders will each receive a personal login to the platform, where they’ll be able to download all the resources they need. They’ll be able to choose from the latest toolkit published that month, or from our growing library, which includes a wealth of topics, from sleep to financial wellbeing and many more. Each toolkit includes:
- A toolbox talk – a handy resource for team leaders or champions to facilitate a team discussion on a wellbeing topic, including suggestions for icebreakers, questions to open up the conversation and insightful facts to share.
- A signposting sheet – suggested links to useful websites, support organisations, books, podcasts and other sources of information
- A wellbeing challenge or competition – step-by-step instructions, promotional poster, challenge materials such as interactive pdfs and habit trackers
- An infographics poster – an engaging visual tool to build awareness and start wellbeing conversations

Track wellbeing interactions
How do you gauge the impact of your wellbeing team and wider peer networks? Do you have a way of measuring the number of wellbeing interactions taking place and the demand being placed on each team member?
This is where Log your conversation comes in. This user-friendly system enables team members to log the details of the wellbeing conversations they have, flagging key issues for attention, such as safeguarding concerns. This means you can access real-time reports providing you with an overview of activity, key trends in issues raised in wellbeing conversations, and the data insights you need to keep improving the impact of your wellbeing team.

Monthly CPD-accredited training
Each month, our Wellbeing Insiders community are invited to join our 1-hour CPD-accredited meetups, where special guest speakers introduce a workplace wellbeing topic, sharing knowledge and tools that will benefit the wellbeing lead, team, wellbeing champions and mental health first aiders in carrying out their role.
Wellbeing Insiders will then have access to download a full toolkit of resources on the same topic via our e-learning portal.
