After each SuperWellness session, the team takes time to absorb the resources before coming together to brainstorm how to bring the topic to life for their colleagues.

Monthly emails from a champion mailbox, four high-visibility noticeboards, and regular posts on their HR Communication Platform ensure key messages reach every employee — even those without email access!

Interactive wellbeing workshops

Their first-ever workshop on Financial Wellbeing was a huge success. A bite-sized 45-minute session, packed with practical money-saving tips, tax-efficient saving strategies, and insights into existing company benefits. It sparked valuable discussions – and even a few laughs along the way.

The team has planned monthly seminars, rotating responsibilities so everyone gets a chance to facilitate, communicate, and engage. Their next big move? Presenting at their quarterly Townhall to amplify their reach even further.
