Key elements of the wellbeing audit
Gap analysis
You may find that despite investing in various wellbeing initiatives, there are still areas for improvement. Identifying these and the root causes behind them requires a holistic and objective review of multiple aspects of the organisation, from the environment and relationships to leadership. Tailored employee wellbeing survey
During this stage, we work closely with you to customise our survey template to ensure it suits the unique needs and dynamics of your organisation. Through collaborative discussions and understanding your organisational culture, challenges and goals, we agree the final make-up of the survey questions. We also design your survey roll-out process to maximise engagement to ensure we gather meaningful and actionable employee feedback.
Focus group session
It’s vital to create common ground on which to build your wellbeing strategy, and this 2-hour workshop is designed to bring together all of the key stakeholders to share their different perspectives. Acting as an objective third-party, our expert facilitators will guide the conversation to ensure productive outcomes, leading to more clarity, decisions and action points. Following the session, we will provide a report outlining findings from the focus group, along with our observations and recommendations for next steps.
Wellbeing audit report
we provide you with a comprehensive report outlining the insights gained from the gap analysis, survey and focus group, our analysis and observations, and future recommendations.
In addition – you will receive
- Online setup of an employee wellbeing survey template, including email invitation and incentivisation recommendations for optimising response rates, followed by a comprehensive PDF report
