Jess is an experienced facilitator and trainer in the fields of workplace wellbeing and mental health. She holds a BSc Psychology degree, an MSc Clinical and Health Psychology degree, as well as being a qualified Health Coach. Drawing from her experience with ADHD, Jess advocates for neurodiversity, working towards more inclusive working environments.
