What have you enjoyed most about working for SuperWellness over the past two years, and why?
“What I’ve enjoyed most about working for SuperWellness over the past two years is the incredible relationships I’ve built with our long-term clients. It’s so rewarding to see the success of their programmes and the genuine improvements to their colleagues’ health and wellbeing—it’s like being part of a feel-good movie, but with less popcorn and more spinach smoothies!”
What has been your proudest achievement or moment while working in your role?
“My proudest achievement? Honestly, there are so many! At SuperWellness, there’s a real investment in us as individuals, with ongoing coaching, support, and even our own workplace wellbeing programme. Plus, the recognition for our hard work is second to none. Over the past two years, I’ve been promoted, celebrated through various awards, and received some fantastic shout-outs from my colleagues (which always make my day!). But as much as I enjoy reflecting on my own accomplishments, I think the real magic is in what we’ve achieved as a team. Together, we’ve made a lasting impact, and that’s something I’m incredibly proud of.”
How has your role as a Client Experience Consultant evolved since you started, and what skills or insights have you gained along the way?
“My role as a Client Experience Consultant has evolved in so many ways since I started—it’s been quite the journey! Thanks to fortnightly coaching and skills training, I’ve been able to constantly develop the tools I need not just for my current role, but also to progress my career with SuperWellness. I can honestly say I’ve learnt more in the last two years than in my entire adult working life (and that’s saying something!). While my role has grown and shifted, I’ve always held onto the client-facing aspect because it’s what I enjoy most. The ongoing development of my skills means I can continuously improve how I support and guide our clients—and nothing beats seeing the positive impact we make together.”
What do you think makes SuperWellness unique in how we approach client relationships, and how do you contribute to that?
“What makes SuperWellness unique is how much we genuinely care about making a difference in workplace wellbeing. Our clients are at the heart of everything we do. We don’t just offer a product or service—we create bespoke programmes tailored to solve each organisation’s unique challenges. Our team of experts brings a wealth of knowledge to the table, and we’re constantly evolving based on the feedback our clients share with us. It’s a privilege to be trusted with their challenges, and we aim to make them feel like we’re an extension of their team. As for my contribution, I strive to build strong, open relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Together, we create impactful and lasting solutions.”
What excites you most about the future of SuperWellness and your role in it?
“What excites me most about the future of SuperWellness is the forward-thinking mindset and the big-picture approach of our team. We’re always looking for ways to innovate and evolve, and when I think about how much we’ve grown in just the past two years, I can’t help but get excited about what’s coming next. From launching new initiatives to refining our programmes based on client feedback, the possibilities feel endless. I’m particularly excited about how we’ll continue to push boundaries in workplace wellbeing, making an even bigger impact for our clients. Being part of such a dynamic, proactive team means my role will keep growing too, and I can’t wait to see how I’ll contribute to the next stage of our journey.”
If you could go anywhere in the world, all expenses paid tomorrow, where would you go and why?
“Honestly—anywhere! My travel list is so long that picking just one destination feels impossible. I think our next big holiday will involve the motorbike, so it would have to be somewhere remote with stunning roads, beautiful views, mountains, lakes, and a touch of tranquillity. That said, I’d also love to explore more of Asia—it’s so vibrant and full of culture. And I always find myself drawn back to Italy; there’s just something magical about it. The world is huge, and there’s so much to see—I’d happily pack my bags for anywhere with adventure and beauty!”
Do you have any funny habits or quirks you’d like to share that your colleagues might not know about?
“I have a bit of a quirky side that might surprise people! I absolutely love Irregular Choice shoes, Loungefly bags, and fifties-style dresses. Even when I’m dressed for a corporate event, you’ll always spot a little quirky touch somewhere—it’s my way of keeping things fun. I also have a soft spot for all things Alice in Wonderland. I love the contrary nature of the story and think we could all benefit from disappearing into our own little Wonderland every now and then. My home workspace is where I keep my Wonderland collectibles (because the rest of my home is very minimalist). It’s a bit of yin and yang—I guess I’m proof that opposites really do attract!”
If you could have dinner with any three people, living or dead, who would they be and why?
“Picking just three is so hard, but here goes!
First, Lewis Carroll—as a huge Wonderland fan, I’d love to chat with the mind behind the madness. I imagine the conversation would be wonderfully nonsensical, and who wouldn’t want to ask him where his inspiration came from?
Second, David Attenborough. His passion for the natural world is contagious, and I think dinner with him would be equal parts fascinating and inspiring. Plus, I’d probably learn more over one meal with him than in years of documentaries!
Finally, Dolly Parton. She’s not just a music icon but also a brilliant storyteller, philanthropist, and all-around incredible human being. I’d love to hear her life lessons and, of course, share a few laughs.
With that mix of imagination, wisdom, and sass, it’d be one unforgettable dinner party!”
