After many years working closely with wellbeing leads to design and deliver effective workplace wellbeing strategies and programmes, we are thrilled to have recently launched our new CPD-accredited wellbeing lead training.

Our 1-day course is open to just 16 participants per training session and our dates book up fast. The training itself is just the start of an exciting journey to build a thriving wellbeing leadership learning community, and participants receive 1 year free membership to our Wellbeing Lead Hub*, an online portal featuring regular webinars and Q&A sessions led by workplace wellbeing experts and psychologists (worth £120 +VAT).

Course Overview

9:00am – 12:30pm

  • Understanding the role of a wellbeing lead & your challenges
  • Workplace wellbeing theory & recent research
  • Delivering a successful wellbeing programme

 

1:15pm – 4:30pm

  • Building a business case and influencing your senior leaders
  • Looking after yourself and building the mindset for success
  • Personal growth and development (group coaching)

Each date will be open to a maximum of 16 participants to allow plenty of opportunities for discussion and interactive support.

Elliot Foster

Workplace Wellbeing Strategy Consultant

Elliot joined SuperWellness at the start of 2024, having supported organisations across Leicestershire think more strategically about workplace wellbeing in his previous role.

He is passionate about helping organisations make the most effective and sustainable business decisions to support the health and wellbeing of their staff, ensuring that there are no “tick-box” exercises, and making sure everything has impact. His career to date and MSc in Business Psychology allows him to look past individual interventions, and towards what makes a healthy working culture.

Jessica Atkin

Psychology Programme Manager

Jess actively enhances employee wellbeing by developing and delivering Psychology and mental health topics, cultivating a supportive workplace. With a background in Psychology and Health Coach Training, she brings extensive expertise. Jess’s career has evolved from mental health and healthcare to workplace wellbeing, showcasing proficiency in teaching and project management.

Motivated by a deep commitment to wellbeing, she seamlessly integrates clinical expertise with a genuine desire to make a positive impact. Drawing from her experience with ADHD, Jess advocates for neurodiversity, working towards more inclusive working environments.

Amanda Swann

Team Culture & Communication Specialist

Amanda has extensive senior level experience from across corporate businesses, including creating a health-driven culture at insurance firm Vitality Health.

As well as contributing to the strategic development of SuperWellness for many years, Amanda is qualified in DISC profiling. She is passionate about supporting individuals and teams to reach their full potential through communication excellence and behavioural insights.
