As we head into the festive season, it’s a wonderful time to pause and appreciate the year just gone. For many of us, it is a chance to wind down, spend time with loved ones, and recharge. But it’s also the perfect moment for reflection and forward planning. Here at SuperWellness, we’re feeling incredibly positive about the opportunities that lie ahead in 2025. We’re committed to supporting you with a wealth of free resources and planning tools designed to make your role easier and your wellbeing strategy more impactful.

I would also like to thank all my team for all their hard work and dedication this year, making it possible to support your workplace wellbeing goals. Together, let’s look forward to another successful year of creating healthier, happier workplaces!

Mini Wellbeing Challenge: Festive Wellness Countdown

As December can be a busy and stressful time, we’re challenging you and your team to focus on small, daily acts of wellbeing to finish the year feeling balanced and positive. Here’s how to take part:

The 12 Days of Wellbeing: Each workday in the lead-up to the festive break, choose one small wellbeing action from this list (or create your own)

  1. 1. Drink an extra glass of water.
  2.  
  3. 2. Take a 5-minute mindful breathing break.
  4.  
  5. 3. Write down three things you’re grateful for.
  6.  
  7. 4. Take a brisk walk outdoors during lunch.
  8.  
  9. 5. Replace one sugary treat with a piece of fruit
    and a handful of nuts.
  10.  
  11. 6. Send a colleague a message of appreciation.
  12.  
  13. 7. Spend 10 minutes tidying your workspace.
  14.  
  15. 8. Carry out one act of kindness for someone else.
  16.  
  17. 9. End the day with a short stretch or yoga session.
  18.  
  19. 10. Go tech-free for an hour in the evening.
  20.  
  21. 11. Try a new festive recipe or nourishing snack.
  22.  
  23. 12. Reflect on one positive thing that happened this year.
