Hello Spring!

As we step into spring, there’s a noticeable uplift in energy – and that same sense of renewal is reflected in the growing interest we’re seeing in workplace wellbeing. It was fantastic to be part of the Health and Wellbeing at Work show at the NEC this month, where we had the pleasure of connecting with both familiar faces and new ones. The conversations we had were inspiring, from hearing what organisations are doing on the ground, to sharing how we continue to support businesses with practical, impactful solutions. We were also proud to officially announce our brand-new Level 5 Diploma in Workplace Wellbeing Leadership, and the excitement around it has been incredible. Thank you to everyone who joined us — here’s to a season of growth, learning and continued progress in wellbeing.
