Level 5 Diploma in Leading Strategic Workplace Wellbeing
Start with our FREE Level 5 Diploma in Leading Strategic Workplace Wellbeing Discovery Sessions
Designed by business psychologists and workplace wellbeing experts, this game-changing qualification will give Workplace Wellbeing Professionals and Leads the strategic knowledge, tools, and confidence to elevate their role and deliver real impact.
Wellbeing leads play a vital role in shaping a healthier, more engaged, and productive workplace. But many are left with no support or guidance from their organisation on what they would like from them.
Unlike other people professions in the UK, workplace wellbeing doesn’t have a governing body. There is no CIPD, IOSH or other equivalent that guides and supports Workplace Wellbeing Professionals in their careers. There is no clear evidence-based framework to guide them, limited direction on their role expectations, and a lack of formal support for career development.
That is, until now.
